Refund Policy

Eligibility for refund:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in the original packaging. You must register within [number of days, e.g. B. 30 days] after receiving your item, contact us to initiate the refund process.

Refund process:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Return Item: Return the item to us using the RA number provided. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return.

  4. Inspection and Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within [number of days, e.g. B. 7 days] will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-refundable items:

Certain items are not eligible for a refund including:
